About the Author

Throughout my entire career I have focused on the foundation of good customer service.  Along the way, I continue to learn how to provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal customer base.  Without a strong foundation of customer services, it is difficult to build loyalty that may prevent you from reaching your full potential.

Follow me on my quest to share what I have learned over the years from serving my country in the United States Marine Corps, to managing a successful Subway Restaurant, and now through over 10 years of experience in leadership and remarkable customer service.  Throughout this quest I will share with you my many lessons learned.

I have an Associates Degree in Mathematics and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems.  I currently work as a Senior Systems Administrator on a Cloud Support Team.
